Hardcore Business Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Hardcore Agents platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and account credentials. If you use a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Supabase Auth), we receive your profile information from that provider.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including API call logs, agent deployment history, feature usage patterns, session duration, and platform performance metrics.
We process and store data related to the AI agents you create and deploy, including agent configurations, voice settings, content pipeline data, brand profiles, and prompt templates. This data is stored within your organization's isolated tenant environment.
We collect device information, browser type, IP address, and operating system information to ensure platform security and optimize performance.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process transactions and manage your account; (c) send you technical notices, updates, and support messages; (d) monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience; (e) detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats; (f) generate aggregated, anonymized analytics for platform improvement; and (g) comply with legal obligations.
The Hardcore Agents platform implements strict multi-tenant data isolation. Your organization's data — including agent configurations, content pipeline data, brand profiles, and usage logs — is logically separated from other organizations. Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures that only authorized users within your organization can access your data. We maintain complete audit trails for all data access operations.
When you deploy AI agents through the Service, your data may be processed by third-party AI model providers (e.g., Google Gemini API) to generate responses. We transmit only the data necessary for the agent to function. We do not use your agent interactions to train our models or third-party models. Voice data processed through the Voice Sandbox is transmitted in real-time and is not permanently stored unless you explicitly enable transcript logging.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances: (a) with service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, database services); (b) with third-party AI providers as necessary to deliver agent functionality; (c) to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or governmental requests; (d) to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public; or (e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected users.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Google Gemini (AI models), Airtable (content management), and n8n (workflow automation). Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Usage logs and telemetry data are retained for up to 12 months for analytics and troubleshooting purposes. Agent interaction logs are retained based on your organization's configured retention policy. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), multi-tenant isolation at the database level, regular security audits and penetration testing, role-based access control with principle of least privilege, and comprehensive logging and monitoring. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) object to or restrict processing of your data; (e) request data portability; and (f) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@hardcoreagents.io.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising purposes.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
