By accessing or using the Hardcore Agents platform ("Service"), operated by Hardcore Business Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
Hardcore Agents is an AI agent orchestration platform that enables organizations to deploy, version, and manage AI agents for enterprise automation, voice interfaces, and content operations. The Service includes the web application, APIs, documentation, and any related tools or services provided by the Company.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (f) generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; or (g) use AI agents deployed through the Service for purposes that violate these Terms or applicable law.
AI agents deployed through the Service are tools that augment human decision-making. You are responsible for the configuration, behavior, and outputs of any agents you deploy. You agree to monitor agent activity and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI agent outputs. You should review and validate all agent-generated content before acting upon it.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hardcore Business Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create or upload through the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement multi-tenant isolation to ensure your data is securely separated from other organizations on the platform.
The Service is offered under multiple pricing tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Features, usage limits, and support levels vary by tier. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected tier. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice.
Access to the Hardcore Agents API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your pricing tier. You agree not to exceed your allocated API limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to account termination, subject to the capabilities of your pricing tier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardcore Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any errors or omissions in AI agent outputs; or (d) any third-party content or conduct.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI agent outputs will be accurate or reliable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
